Thomas Brosch
Founder and Managing Director of nicos AG
With his long-standing professional experience in the IT sector and his proverbial “German inventive spirit“, in 2000, founded what was then a very small company. Enthralled by and concerned with future technologies, can easily be called a ”technological visionary“ himself- successfully lead the company from strength to strength, to where it stands today. Not only a true and dedicated family man but a proud “head of a family“, he also created genuine, authentic and sustainable values. As a result, most employees now strongly identify with nicos AG or as we say today: They are part and parcel of the nicos AG DNA!
Now, on a more personal note: Rumor has it that Tom is a very big fan of Phillippine mangoes!!!
Axel Metzger
CFO of nicos AG and Chairman of woyn
A graduate of business studies and certified public accountant, Axel initially worked for a renowned accounting firm. After some time with an IT-firm, he moved on to join the management team of one of the largest international law firms where he stayed for almost 20 years. However, always preserving his close ties with the IT world, in 2019, Axel decided to take up his previous position as a board member of nicos AG. He can best be described as strongly dedicated to his work – never shying away from taking on responsibility wherever it may come from. When it comes to his team/employees, Axel is incredibly supportive and fair. His great sense of humor makes working with and around him easy.
Jullah Palacpac
President and General Manager of woyn
Jullah has over 20 years of experience in event management, office administration and project management, and has worked in both the non-profit and private sectors. A multilingual who enjoys travel, she is a proud Bacolodnon and a stout supporter of animal rescue groups. Jullah is very determined in creating a fair and harmonious working environment for all the teams she manages.
Stephanie Gasambelo
Finance and Administration Officer of woyn
Steph has a decade long experience in the finance industry and worked as a Senior Product controller for various international banks in the Philippines. She joins woyn in the finance and admin department. In her spare time, Steph enjoys cooking, music, and exercise.
