German-Speaking Customer Service Officer
(Cloud Solutions)

This role is a purely German-speaking role. Successful candidates will be working closely with the team in Germany and will report to the Head of Operations in Cologne.

Job Description:

  • Respond to client inquiries;

  • Provide technical and general support services to various global clients;

  • Receive, process and resolve tickets per defined SLA’s;

  • Proactively update customers on the status of their tickets;

  • Properly escalate and coordinate priority issues to next level support for handling;

  • Follow appropriate handover details for outstanding tickets;

  • Maintain and update client details;

  • Provide status reports and important operational details to direct superior;

  • Comply with company policies and procedures including data privacy;

  • Provide excellent customer service with client’s utmost satisfaction in mind.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree focusing on Information Technology or equivalent work experience;

  • High familiarity with different types of Cloud Solutions and other virtual platforms;

  • Knowledge in Network Services Solutions;

  • Able to work and navigate the Linux multi-user operating systems;

  • At least B2 Level proficiency in written and spoken German;

  • Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) would be a plus;

  • Undergrads that meet the basic requirements or with relevant work experience will be considered.
