Jullah Palacpac
With more than 20 years of experience across event management, administration, and project management, Jullah brings a practical and people-focused approach to running woyn.
As President and General Manager, she oversees the organization's operations and growth, with a strong focus on building the right processes, maintaining high standards, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
Her approach to leadership is simple: set clear expectations, give people the tools to succeed, and hold everyone — including herself — accountable for the results.
Having worked across both the non-profit and private sectors, Jullah brings together structure, creativity, and a genuine commitment to people and operational excellence.
Stephanie Gasambelo
Stephanie brings more than a decade of experience in finance, including senior roles as a Product Controller for international banks in the Philippines.
Her experience spans financial systems, controls, risk, and regulatory requirements — all of which she now brings to woyn's Finance & Administration team.
As the head of Finance & Administration, Steph makes sure the numbers are right, the processes are in place, and the business has the structure it needs to operate properly.
She's detail-oriented, dependable, and the person we trust to keep things in order behind the scenes.
