Customer Success Manager (German-Speaking)
The Customer Success Manager will report directly to the President and General Manager of woyn Philippines Inc. and to the Director of the Customer Success in Germany.

Job Description:
Serve as the interface between the customer and nicos AG and look after them on a strategic and tactical level;
Serve as the first point of contact for the management of nicos business customers;
Understand the customer's business requirements, act according to them, are familiar with their processes and enjoy looking after them for years;
Plan, organize and coordinate all related work processes;
Handle escalations, complaints, and other concerns outside of the nicos process standards;
Collect all information and find a solution on customer problems together with the technical colleagues.

Experience and Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree focusing on Information Technology, Business Management or equivalent work experience;
Relevant experience in Client Account Management and/or Project Management in the IT and telecommunications sector is an advantage;
Has a basic understanding of business administration;
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Native speaker level proficiency in English;
Minimum B2 and above Level proficiency in the German language;
Undergrads with relevant work experience will be considered.
