Axel Metzger
Chairman
A graduate of business studies and certified public accountant, Axel initially worked for a renowned accounting firm. After some time with an IT-firm, he moved on to join the management team of one of the largest international law firms where he stayed for almost 20 years. However, always preserving his close ties with the IT world, in 2019, Axel decided to take up his previous position as a board member of nicos AG. He can best be described as strongly dedicated to his work – never shying away from taking on responsibility wherever it may come from. When it comes to his team/employees, Axel is incredibly supportive and fair. His great sense of humor makes working with and around him easy.
Jullah Palacpac
President and General Manager
With over 20 years of proven experience across event management, office administration, and project management, Jullah brings a strategic yet human approach to leadership. As the head of woyn, she has built a reputation for driving operational excellence through carefully designed processes that prioritize quality and results. Her leadership is both thoughtful and purpose-driven — balancing high standards with a genuine commitment to people. Having led teams in both the non-profit and private sectors, Jullah consistently delivers outcomes that were guided with clarity, care, and competence.
Stephanie Gasambelo
Finance and Administration Officer
Stephanie brings a solid track record of financial leadership and precision with over a decade of experience in the finance industry. She has held key roles as a Senior Product Controller for several international banks in the Philippines, where she developed a deep expertise in financial systems, risk controls, and regulatory compliance. Now the head of woyn’s Finance and Administration Department, Steph plays a critical role in ensuring the organization’s financial integrity and operational stability. Her attention to detail, strategic mindset, and commitment to excellence cements her reputation as one of the most dependable pillars of the organization.
