Financial Analyst - Billing (German-Speaking)

The Financial Analyst - Billing will support the Billing Team in our German headquarters in the preparation of invoices and various other billing related processes using an ERP system. Their duties also include high-level email communication with customers as well as regular analysis of billing-related matters. This role reports to the Team Lead of Billing in Germany and the Finance and Administration Officer of woyn Philippines, Inc.

Job Description:

  • Support German Team in the preparation of monthly invoicing as well as ad-hoc invoicing;

  • Prepare and send statements of account and reminders within set timeframes;

  • Support German team in liaising with customers on billing matters;

  • Analysis of various financial matters in relation to billing;

  • Actively participate in coordination meetings with the German Team;

  • Produce process documentation, update manuals and other document management projects;

  • May be tasked to join special projects;

  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor;

  • Ensure maximum discretion in the conduct of tasks and activities;

  • Observe the policies and processes in place in the conduct of duty.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree focusing on Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business Management or equivalent work experience;

  • Experience in a similar role and industry is an advantage;

  • Experience in working with an ERP system and other similar systems;

  • Minimum B2 level proficiency in the German language;

  • Native speaker level proficiency in the English language;

  • Advanced level in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

  • Familiarity with other database and financial systems is an advantage;

  • Undergrads with relevant work experience will be considered;
