Projects Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and creative student to join us as a Projects Assistant. This is a paid, part-time role designed for students who want to gain real-world experience in marketing, communications, and project management—while still completing their studies. You’ll get the chance to own responsibilities, expand your skills, and become “workplace-ready” before you graduate next year.

Work Arrangement:

  • Duration: 3 months

  • Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week

  • Schedule: Flexible—you can manage your own time as long as you meet the required hours and deliver quality outputs

  • Work Setup: Hybrid. Onsite presence is required at least 2 days a week for activities such as photo/video shoots, coordination, trainings, and meetings. Remote work is optional and output-oriented.

  • Compensation: This is a salaried position with pay provided monthly.

What You’ll Do:

As a Projects Assistant, you’ll be exposed to a wide variety of projects and responsibilities, including:

  • Content Creation – Produce posts, photos, videos, and collaterals for social media and the company website.

  • Marketing & Branding Support – Help create materials and campaigns that strengthen the company’s image.

  • Engagement Activities – Propose and organize activities to promote employee engagement and company culture.

  • Events Management – Support the planning and execution of company events.

  • Learning & Training Support – Assist in preparing presentations and supporting brownbag sessions and trainings.

  • Research – Gather data and insights for studies, business cases, and team presentations.

  • Surveys & Feedback – Design surveys, collect responses, and summarize results.

  • Ad Hoc Projects – Contribute to other initiatives as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Currently a student (preferably in communications, marketing, business, or related fields).

  • Creative, resourceful, and willing to share fresh ideas.

  • Comfortable using photo, video, and presentation tools.

  • Organized and able to manage both schoolwork and project deadlines.

  • A self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow.

  • German language skills are a plus (but not required).
