Purchase and Carrier Management Coordinator (German-Speaking)

The Purchase & Carrier Management Coordinator will support the Access Solution Center. In this role, they will assist in small- and large-scale projects, and in the day-to-day business such as provider tracking, order cancellations, database management and reporting. They will report to the Program Manager of woyn Philippines, Inc. and the Director of Carrier and Provider Management in Germany.

Job Description:

  • Provide support to purchasing team in delivering prices on fixed target dates;

  • Actively participate in weekly coordination meetings with the team in Germany;

  • Proactive tracking of delivery of online orders;

  • Processing of line cancellations;

  • Monitor provider performance in terms of pricing, delivery reliability, Service Level Agreement compliance which may include processing of contract terminations;

  • Clarify and support billing issues with providers;

  • Proactive identification of contract renewals and negotiations with existing and new providers;

  • Maintain and update vendor database, organize unstructured data and improve recording process;

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports to senior management;

  • May be tasked to join special projects;

  • May be assigned with Ad hoc tasks;

  • Comply with company policies and procedures including data privacy.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree focusing on Marketing, Business Management equivalent work experience;

  • Relevant experience in Purchase Processing, Client Account Management and/or Project Management in the telecommunications sector is an advantage;

  • Proven experience in research on companies and industries;

  • Minimum B2 level proficiency in written and spoken German;

  • Native speaker level proficiency in written and spoken English;

  • Advanced level in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

  • Familiarity with database systems is an advantage;

  • Undergrads with relevant work experience will be considered.
